The assignment is broad and multifaceted, focusing on Gothenburg's homelessness and housing strategy. You will plan and lead both internal and city-wide processes and support managers within the organization. You will independently drive your assignments and processes and will work on assignments across all parts of the organization, both operationally and strategically. As assignments and tasks may vary and need to be adapted to needs, your responsibilities may evolve over time. We offer you a varied and independent job where you have the opportunity to improve and develop services that make a difference for people living in homelessness. Welcome with your application!

Qualifications

A prerequisite for the position is that you have a relevant university degree, such as a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You who apply also have several years of work experience in business development, quality assurance, and experience working with larger project and/or process leadership assignments, preferably within social and community development projects.

Based on the given assignment, you have the ability to steer and change working methods and strategies as the work progresses and when things change. You can quickly change your perspective and approach when required and see opportunities in changes. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively and ensure that it is completed on time and follow up on results.

You collaborate with others on overarching issues to create value and consider various sources of information and perspectives. You have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment and take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward.
